How much does a room cost?
Rooms start at ₹ 729 a night and go up to ₹ 3,361 for a Master Suite, GST included. The full, current list is on the tariff page, which reads straight from our booking system, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is GST included in the price shown?
Yes. Every figure on the tariff page is the total payable including CGST and SGST. The two non-air-conditioned room types carry no GST at all.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
There are none in the usual sense. A stay is 23 hours from whatever time you arrive. Check in at 4 PM and your stay runs to 3 PM the next day. It means you are not charged for a night you did not use because you reached Shirdi late.
How far is the hotel from the Sai Baba temple?
About 2 km from the Samadhi Mandir - roughly a five minute drive, or a half hour walk. We are on Ahilyanagar Manmad Road, opposite the Shiva temple and near Sai Ashram. Auto-rickshaws are available at all hours.
Are children charged?
Children aged 10 years or below stay free. From 11 years they are counted as an adult for occupancy.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes - ₹ 500 per room, collected at check-in and returned when you leave, provided there is no damage.
What do I need to bring to check in?
Photo ID for the person the room is booked in - Voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence. The same ID given at the time of booking must be produced at the desk.
How can I pay?
Online booking is paid by credit or debit card, net banking, UPI or a wallet, through a secure payment gateway.
Can I book more than one room?
Yes. Choose the number of rooms on the booking page and enter the guests for each. We have 156 rooms across eight types, from a three-bed non-air-conditioned room to a five-person Master Suite.
Can I extend my stay after arriving?
Room extension is possible but subject to availability on the day. During festivals and on Thursdays, book ahead rather than rely on it.
What is the cancellation policy?
How much comes back depends on how far ahead you cancel: 75% at 7 days or more before check-in, 70% from 2 to 7 days, 60% from 1 to 2 days and 50% from 12 to 24 hours. Inside 12 hours a booking cannot be cancelled online - call us. The percentage applies to the room rent, the service charge is not refundable, and refunds are processed within 15 days. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is ample parking on site, and it is free for guests.
Is the property suitable for elderly pilgrims?
Yes. There is lift access at all hours, 24-hour hot water, round-the-clock security and a wheelchair for guests who need one.
